- Arrive with a clean face.

What should I avoid after my injectable treatment?
- Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and alcohol for 24 hours.
- Don’t lie flat or face down for 4 hours after Botox®.
- Avoid facial massages and treatments for 7 days.
- Avoid flying for 24–48 hours post-fillers.
