I’ve always believed that great aesthetic medicine begins long before a treatment is performed. It begins with understanding the science, evaluating the options, and developing a thoughtful plan.

My background in engineering taught me to approach complex problems by understanding how individual components work together as a complete system. Medicine reinforced that perspective. Skin quality, facial structure, collagen, muscle movement, and the biology of aging are all interconnected. When we understand those relationships, treatment decisions become more precise, and results become more natural.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside leading aesthetic manufacturers to evaluate emerging technologies, refine clinical protocols, and educate physicians. In many cases, I’ve helped develop treatment approaches before new devices were introduced to practices across the country. That experience has taught me an important lesson.

Technology is only as effective as the clinical judgment behind it.

Every laser, injectable, and regenerative treatment has strengths. Every treatment also has limitations. My responsibility is to understand both, then recommend the combination of therapies that will provide the safest, most effective, and most natural-looking outcome for each individual patient.
