Practice Manager -Scottsdale
Melissa Monroe was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. After graduating from the University of Michigan, she moved down the East Coast (Virginia and North Carolina) in search of warmer weather before finally ending up in Arizona in 2002. She found her way into medical aesthetics in 2017 and discovered a passion for helping women rediscover their natural beauty.
As the Patient Care Coordinator, Melissa is the first point of contact a potential patient hears. She serves as a vital link and liaison between the practitioners and patients. Her role includes explaining procedures, answering questions, offering guidance, quoting fees, scheduling procedure dates, and paying personalized attention to the details of the entire patient experience.
In her personal time, Melissa enjoys cooking, dining out, anything at the beach or in the water, and goofing with her teenage son and 4lb Maltese, Miss Mazie.
